Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Solo Studio - we can’t wait for you to receive your products!

Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification via email, letting you know we have received your order. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, your order will normally be despatched within 48 hours.

Postage Charges

All orders will incur a shipping charge of £4.95 within the UK for standard shipping, £5.95 for express shipping. These charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 4-6 working days from time of order. Once an order has been dispatched, Solo Studio is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.

International & European delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders placed outside the UK, and will vary depending on which country your parcel is being shipped to.

Please note: Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.

Sometimes international packages can get stuck in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than stated. You will however be able to track your package and see delivery updates to keep up to date on when it will be delivered to you.

For UK customers, orders not received within 10 business days since the order was placed, and for International customers orders not received within 20 business days, please contact us.
